Our rooms, your comfort
The Hotel has 34 rooms, each with their bathroom or shower, including 2 rooms that are especially designed to accommodate disabled guests. All rooms have air conditioning, WiFi internet connection, a fridge, a safe, colour TV and a direct-dial telephone. To meet the needs of all guests, our rooms are proposed in three different categories, according to the size of the room, to the landscape and to the included facilities.
Usually, rooms are avaible for our guests starting from 1:00PM, while the check-out will be at 11:00AM. On request, and if avaible, it is possible to anticipate the check-in or to posticipate the check-out.

Our Belvedere Top Rooms are the most spacious and comfortable rooms in the hotel. They overlook the beautiful Umbrian Valley, from which you will enjoy its unforgettable panorama stretching from Perugia to Spoleto. The Belvedere Top Rooms have a terrace where you can relax at sunset and enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the morning. Our Belvedere Top Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, individually regulated, with LED TV, internet wi-fi, a minibar, facilities for tea & coffee, a digital safe, a telephone and a hairdryer.
